Donna Buckland

Managing Director of Musu International and Strategy Chair at the UNESCO Hong Kong Association's Glocal Peace Centre, Donna Buckland has more than 20 years of experience in sustainability, industry strategy, and organisational transformation. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Director of Sustainability Strategy and Operations at Prudential plc, where she led the strategic transformation of the group's sustainability priorities. A Chartered Accountant, Buckland is Deputy Chair of the Hong Kong Council of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Co-Chair of its ESG Committee. She is also a member of the Business Advisory Committee at Hong Kong Baptist University. Holding a Global MBA from the University of Manchester, Buckland has completed executive education programmes at Oxford Saïd and Cambridge Judge Business School.
